单元熔窑燃烧过程数值模拟

摘    要:对单元熔窑燃烧空间内的流动,燃烧及辐射传热等过程进行数值模拟研究,比较燃烧布置方式对火焰形状及传热过程中的影响,结果表明,对于所研究的宽度为3.2m的窑炉,燃烧器的布置应采用错排方式。

Abstract:Unit furnace is one ofthe most high efficiency glass melting furnaces,which has the advantages of its simple operating system,low capital expenditure,short build cycle and land saving.Key technology for designing a unit furnace is how to arrange the burners.In this paper,two kinds of burner placements are investigated by using the method of numerical simulation.The predictions show that the staggered burner placement method is better than the face to face burner placement method for the present unit glass melting furnace.The placement of staggered burner should prevent hot spots in the furnace crown and flame interference in the combustion chamber,thereby it would achieve more uniform heating and optimize heat transfer.Compared with the flame of the hot air burner,predicted results also show that the temperature of the oxygen fuel burner flame is larger,but the flame is shorter due to its low momentum.
