空战多目标集群攻击算法研究

摘    要:针对传统多机空战中解算多机攻击策略需要很大计算量,不宜进行攻击任务分配问题,文章提出在我方多机不同编队视角下,采用改进的FCM算法将空战多目标根据目标属性相似性平均进行聚类划分,综合考虑聚类后各个类成员,运用熵理论处理空战客观信息,确定目标各个属性权重,解算不同编队视角下的各个类威胁以及不同聚类结果对我方编队的威胁度,得出最优聚类结果,采用矩阵法将划分的目标类与我方各个编队进行攻击配对,解算最终攻击分配方案.运用该法研究多目标集群聚类攻击问题,建立集群聚类攻击数学模型,并进行仿真研究.仿真结果表明该算法合理和有效.

Abstract:Section 1 of the full paper briefs FCM(Fuzzy C Means) algorithm. Sections 2 and 3 explain in some detail our multi target cluster attack algorithm using improved FCM algorithm. Subsection 2.2 gives a 9 step procedure that is a necessary preparation for making attack assignments in air combat between 16 fighter groups. Subsection 3.1 explains threat calculations for each target colony. Section 4, based on what have been explained in sections 2 and 3, finally explains making attack assignments. Section 5 presents the simulation results, given in Tables 3 through 6; using the simulation results, subsection 5.2 makes attack assignments as shown in Table 7; thus Tables 3 through 7 indicate preliminarily that our multi target cluster attack algorithm using improved FCM algorithm is reasonable and effective.
