一种起泡剂的研制及其性能研究

文中从几种常见的聚氧乙烯醚系列中选择脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为合适的原料，并通过实验确定了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的最佳聚合度。然后采用合适的磺化剂并在催化剂的作用下进行磺化反应制得起泡剂主剂，通过大量的室内实验确定了该反应的最佳反应条件。再经过合理的复配研制成功一种高抗油起泡剂。与油田应用效果较好的起泡剂进行对比试验，结果表明，该起泡剂的性能完全能够满足实际需要，成本低廉，是一种具有广泛应用前景和良好经济效益的采油用起泡剂。

DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW - TYPE FOAMING A GENT AND ITS PERFORMANCE

In this paper, the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether selected from a series of polyoxyethylene ether was acted as appropriate raw material, and the optimal polymerisation degree was determined by laboratory experiment. The main foaming agent was developed by sulfonation reaction of proper sulfonating agent under the condition of catalyst and the optimal reacting conditions for the reaction were determined by laboratory experiment. Then in combination with other materials, the foaming agent with oil resistance capability was obtained. Through contrast test with good foaming agent used in oilfield, the results show that the new foaming agent can fully meet the practical requirements, and its cost is low. It was a foaming agent used in EOR with good application prospect and economic benefit.
