烟草干燥系统热管换热器的结构确定

摘    要:简介了烟草干燥系统里热管换热器的热效率提高的意义和必要性。以烟草干燥系统工艺换热器的设计为背景,选择热管换热器结构,进行了热力计算、压力降计算和结构设计计算。热管换热器的设计方案可以为烟草干燥系统工艺换热器的更新改造提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:The significance and necessity about improving the thermal efficiency of heatexchanger by tobacco drying system were introduced.To tobacco drying system process flow heat exchanger design as the background,the heat pipe heat exchanger structure was selected,and thermodynamic calculation,pressure drop calculation and structural design calculations were carried out.design process of heat pipe heat exchanger for tobacco drying system wasrenovated as a new way of thinking about heat exchanger.
