Q235钢材料拉伸时磁记忆效应的试验研究

摘    要:铁磁性金属材料广泛应用于锅炉、球罐等压力容器以及其他工业设备中,为了探讨金属磁记忆技术应用于典型铁磁特性材料时表现出的磁记忆特征,探索该技术在弱磁性材料上的工程实用性,对Q235钢材料试件拉伸过程进行了磁记忆检测试验。利用金属磁记忆方法对Q235钢材料拉伸过程的不同阶段进行磁场检测,得到该材料在不同阶段的磁信号,分析磁记忆曲线并确定材料的应力集中情况,从而验证了金属磁记忆检测方法的可行性。

Study of Magnetic Memory Effect of Q235 Steel Material under Tension Condition

Abstract:Ferromagnetism metal material is generally applianced in pressure vessel such as boiler,sphere jar and the other industrial equipments. To explore the characteristics of Metal Magnetic Memory Technique (MMMT) -a new nondestructive testing method -applied on Q235 steel material (ferromagnetic material) and to seek the engineering extending application of MMMT in weak -magnetic material, we designed a experiment about magnetic memory effect of Q235 steel material under tension condition. We can test the magnetic signal when different phase in the course of tention by the way of metal magnetic memory technique, then we gained the magnetic signal in different phrase about this material, we can make sure stress concentration zone by analyzing those magnetic signal graph, consequently we can validate the feasibility of matel magnetic memory method.
