绿色设计与面向成本的设计

摘    要:绿色设计是生产绿色产品的基础,它通过生命周期评价(LCA—Life Cycle Assessment)方法从产品生命周期的角度降低产品对环境的影响;面向成本的设计是从设计的角度降低全生命周期成本(LCC—Life Cycle Cost)的设计方法。通过分析两者的关系可以发现它们在绿色性和LCC方面有互补性,即在DFC中应用LCA方法提高产品的绿色性;在绿色设计中采用LCC方法可以降低绿色产品的成本。

Abstract:Green design is the basis for producing green products,by means of the method of Life Cycle Assessment(LCA) and from the point of view of product's life cycle it reduces the influence upon the environment affected by the product.The facing cost design is the designing method that reduces the Life Cycle Cost(LCC) from the point of view of design.By analyzing the relationship between the two sides it may discover that they have supplements with each other on the respects of greenness and LCC,that is utilizing the LCA method to enhance the greenness of product in the Design for Cost(DFC),and adopting the Life Cycle Cost(LCC) method may deduce the cost of green product in the green design.
