摘    要:提高薄膜光学器件温度稳定性的一条途径是根据光学薄膜器件的稳定性理论 ,选择两种具有相反折射率温度系数的材料组成膜系 ,使材料随温度变化引起的位相变化相互抵消。但很难找到折射率温度系数可以完全相互抵消的两种材料 ,因此有必要找到一种折射率温度系数可以调节的材料。研究表明 :红外长波材料 Pb1-x Gex Te的折射率温度系数可以随 Ge组分 x的改变而改变。研究结果证明使用 Pb1-x Gex Te材料 ,薄膜光学器件温度稳定性得到了很大的提高。

Abstract:One of the ways to improve the temperature stability of thin film optical filters is using materials,which have inverse temperature coefficient of refractive index each other,to fabricate layers,according to the theory about stability of thin film optical filters.Consequently,the change of phases for each material due to change of temperature can be canceled out.In fact,it is impossible to find two kinds of materials of which temperature coefficient of refractive index can be counteracted each other.Therefore,it is necessary to find a kind of material of which temperature coefficient can be adjusted.It has been confirmed that temperature coefficient of Pb 1-x Ge xTe can be adjusted from by means of changing Ge composition x.Our results have revealed that the temperature stability of optical filters has been improved greatly.
