摘    要:加氢精制一临氢降凝一段串联是中国石油化工集团公司抚顺石油化工研究院近期根据北方地区冬季市场需求而开发的专门工艺技术,主要用于由劣质柴油和直馏含蜡馏分油制取优质低凝柴油。该工艺特点是原料适应性强、柴油收率高、安定性好、产品方案灵活及工艺流程简单。该技术已于1998年10月在哈尔滨炼油厂工业装置上应用成功,生产出一35#优质低凝柴油,取得良好的经济效益及社会效益。

Process Study of Producing Premium-Quality of Low-freezing Diesel Oil with Composite Process of Hydroraffination/Hydrodepression
Abstract:Hydroraffination/ hydrodepression one stage serial connection is a special process technology developed by Sinopec Fu ShunPetrochemical Research Institute recently according to the market demand in winter season in Northern area. It is mainly to produce pre-mium quality of low-freezing diesel oil from diesel oil of poor quality and straight-run wax distillate. This process is characterized bystrong in material adaptability, high in diesel oil yield, good in stability, flexible in product scheme and simple in process flow. This technology was successfully used in the industrial unit in Harbin Refinery Plant in October, 1998, producing-35# low-freezing diesel oil ofgood quality and achieving better economic and social result.
