油井自激压力波的产生及在油层中的传播

摘    要:抽油井正常工作时,借助波动器可在井底产生自激压力波。自源压力波频率小、幅值大,可有效传入油层10m以上,对油层产生连续波动作用。理论计算与实验研究表明,用激压力波幅值主要与沉没度、泵挂深度和抽油机的冲程、冲次有关。现场试验表明,波动采用可改善低渗低能井渗流状况,增加油井产量。

Abstract:By using a wave generator, the sel f -exciting pressure waves can be generated when well pumping unit works. The wav es have low frequencies and large amplitudes and act continuously on the oil res ervoir up to the depth of 10 m. Calculation and experiments show that the wave a mplitudes mainly depend on the submergence depth, stroke and rate of pump. Field sests indicate that pressure waves can improve the flowability of oil and incre ase the productivity of wells.
