人类活动对水资源影响要素分析

人类活动在现代水问题中起着主导性作用。根据社会学中关于社会存在自然环境、人口因素、经济因素、政治因素以及思想文化五类基本因素等观念，分析了人类活动改造自然环境和改变社会经济形态的双重作用，系统研究了人类活动影响水资源的八类要素：影响大气循环、对地表水量人为再分配、侵害水体功能、超采地下水、人口数量和分布不均、经济总量和结构不匹配、社会规范体系不完善、技术进步与文化滞后。

Analysis on Affecting Elements of Human Activities to Water Resources

In order to accurately predominate the loss degree caused by water pollution events, the paper puts forward loss evaluation index system of water pollution event and grading standard for evaluating the loss degree by the method of qualitative and quantitative combination. The system includes three grade 1 indexes of economy, ecological environment and social loss and decomposed 21 grade 2 indexes. It introduces the detailed calculation methods of each evaluation index.
