空间矢量调制矩阵变换器共模电压的抑制

摘    要:针对共模电压对变频器驱动感应电动机系统的影响,分析了电动机端共模电压产生的机理和漏电流产生的原因。采用中间值零矢量对称交替调制技术,提出了一种抑制共模电压的控制策略,该策略削减了与输入相电压峰值相对应的最大共模电压,并使共模电压最大值降低33.37%,在一定程度上消除了矩阵变换器输出共模电压的负面效应。仿真结果验证了共模电压抑制策略的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the effect of converter drive inductor motor system by CMV(Common-mode voltage),the mechanism of CMV and the reason of leak current produced by motor are analyzed.Middle value zero vector symmetry alternation PWM(pulse width modulate) technique is adopted.A kind of control strategy of restraining CMV is proposed.The maximum CMV relative to input phase voltage peak value is reduced 33.37%.Adverse effects of CMV produced by matrix converter are eliminated to a degree.The legitimacy and availability of CMV suppression strategy is verified by simulation result.
