摘    要:阐述了换热器的类型及工作原理。针对炼油、化工装置中应用广泛的换热器的失效问题,从腐蚀、密封件失效等方面入手,分析了换热器的失效原因。这些原因既包括工艺、操作、选型等多方面,也有设备的先天不足,还有设计、施工、质量控制等方面存在的缺陷。提出相应的控制对策。

Abstract:The types and operating principle of heat exchangers are explained. Causes of failure are analyzed for heat exchangers widely applied in refining u-nits and chemical units from the viewpoints of corrosion and sealing element failure. Deficiencies in aspects of process, operation, type selection, equipment, engineering design, construction and quality control may all contribute to the failure of heat exchangers. Corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
