摘    要:本文采用二氯甲烷提取,氟罗里硅土柱净化,高效液相色谱法检测定量,最小检知量1.5×10-10 g。当添加浓度为0.05~1.0 mgkg-1时,噻唑啉在番茄和土壤中的平均回收率分别为93.1%~113.1%和86.1%~106.5%,变异系数分别为2.47%~8.72%和1.36%~9.09%。

Abstract:A method was developed to determine residue of saizuolin in tomato and soil by HPLC. The samples were extracted with dichloromethane, and cleaned in a column of frilisil. The residues were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC with C18 column and UVD. The limit of detection for saizuolin was 1.5×10-10g. Average recoveries of fortified samples in tomato and soil were 93.1%~113.1%, and 86.1%~106.5%, respectively. The coefficient of variation were 2.47%~8.72% and 1.36%~9.09% respectively.
