生姜黄酮的分离和纯化工艺研究

摘    要:利用超临界CO2流体从干姜中萃取出姜精油,经过有机溶剂对其萃取使生姜黄酮进一步分离,采用大孔树脂为层析柱填充料对生姜黄酮进行纯化,得到纯度为72.3%生姜黄酮.

Abstract:Essential oils from the dried rhizomes of zingiber officinale were extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid(SFE-CO2 ),the flavonoids of essential oils were further extracted by solvent.We sublimated the flavonoids of zingiber by using the big hole pitch ,gaineding concentration of zingiber's flavonoids is 72.3 %.
