摘    要:传统的Boost功率因数校正系统中开关损耗和系统EMI较大,针对该问题本文采用ZVT-PWM电路拓扑来减少系统损耗和EMI,在分析Boost ZVT-PWM电路工作原理基础上,根据DSP控制器特点给出了基于DSP的驱动控制方法,验证了适合数字化控制的功率因数校正算法,完成直流变换和PFC的闭环控制,实验表明主开关管在零电压下开通,减少了开关损耗;相对于单BOOST变换器双回路变换器降低单个变换器传递功率,具有较强的抗干扰性和实用参考价值。

Abstract:In the traditional Boost Power factor Correction system, switch loss and system EMI obviously are great. Aiming at the problem, ZVT-PWM topology circuit is adopted to reduce the switch loss and EMI in this paper. Based on the principle of BOOST ZVT-PWM circuit is analyzed, according to the character of DSP controller, the method of driving control based on the core of DSP is given. And PFC arithmetic adapted to digital control is verified to complete the closedloop control with DC converting and PFC. Experiments indicated main switch transistors open under the condition of zerovoltage between the drain and source pole, reducing switch loss. Relative to the single BOOST converter, it is shown that the double loop converter depress energy transferred by the single converter, so the system has the high anti-jamming characteristics and practical merit.
