光电光谱法测定高铬铸铁中多元素的研究

摘    要:利用Baird公司的Spectrovac 2000(DV5,HR400光源)光电直读光谱仪测定高铬铸铁中的多元素,开拓了光电光谱仪在无相同材质标样下定量分析的应用。采用容量法测定高铬铸铁基体及主要元素的含量。通过选用基体元素作内标样下定量对谱结进行基体和干扰校正以及材质的诱导校正和空白校正,绘制校正,建立了光电光谱法测定高铬铸铁中多种元素的方法。其测定值基本与容量法值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD)均

Abstract:Baird produced electrooptical direct read spectrometer Spectrovac 2000 (light source DV5,HR400)is used to measure the multi elements in the high Cr cast iron,thus opening up a new application area of quantitative analysis on the elements in completely different test samples using the electrooptical spectrometers.The volumetric method is also used in the measurement of the base metal and the principal elements in the high Cr cast iron and the electrooptical spectrographic method for determination of multi elements in the high Cr cast iron is established by choice of certain basic elements as the internal standard,by correction of the base spectral line and the interfered spectral line and induced correction and blank correction of the material as well as by drawing up the correction curves.Values achieved by this method is in conformity to that by the volumetric method.Its RSD (relative standard deviation)<5% and measurement speed is faster.
