| 摘 要： | 设计了成组灌装方法和灌装系统,实现黄油桶成组同步运行,成组同步初灌装,成组同步分别计量、分别补偿,保证黄油灌装质量,提高灌装效率.整个工作过程用PLC（Programmable Logic Controller,可编程控制器）控制.

| Abstract: | A butter tube group filling method and a group filling system are designed to ensure the quality of butter filling and improve the filling efficiency.The system makes butter tube simultaneous group running,simultaneous primary group filling,simultaneous respective group measurement,respective compensation come true.The whole work process is controlled by PLC. |
