| 摘 要： | 通过对某种电脑机箱零件的工艺分析，介绍了一种三板式注射模具的模具结构，并且详细介绍了该模具在设计过程中的要点及工作原理，尤其是侧抽芯机构中“干涉”现象的产生及处理方法，三板式注射模具的三次分型过程，对分析其它有倒钩的采用针点浇口的三板式注射模具的设计有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Through the technological analysis of a part of a computer case, the mold structure of athree-plate injection mold is introduced.The key points and working principles in the design of themold,especially the cause and solution of the interference in side core structure and the three-parting process of the mold are elaborated.It has reference to the design of three-plate mold withinverted hook and pin-gate. |
