关于改进企业机关党建工作的思考

大型国有企业的机关是企业的“司令部”,其在企业的地位和作用,决定了在各项工作中必须走在基层企业的前面,具有导向性作用。党建工作是加强党对国有企业的领导,保证企业稳定、健康发展的关键性工作。针对企业机关的党建工作,在调查研究的基础上,分析目前存在的主要问题;结合工作特点,提出加强企业机关党建工作的对策与建议。

Thinking of Improvement of Party Construction in Enterprise Organs

Organ of large scale state-owned enterprise is "headquarter". It is its position and function in enterprise that determines it should go in the front of enterprise at basic levels in various work with function of guidance. Party construction is the key to enhance Party's leadership and to ensure stable and healthy development in state-owned enterprises. On the basis of study and research analyzed existing problems at present, presented policies and suggestions of enhancing Party construction combined with work features.
