聚丙烯基纳米SiO2复合材料性能研究

摘    要:采用多种方法对纳米SiO2粒子进行表面处理,并深入探讨了纳米SiO2粒子的分散机理。通过熔融共混法制备了PP/纳米SiO2复合材料,对此复合材料进行了力学性能测试。结果表明:经适当处理的纳米SiO2粒子能均匀地分散在聚丙烯中,对PP的力学性能有显著的改善作用,而且对PP的结晶有明显的异相成核作用。纳米SiO2在用量为2%时可以使PP的缺口冲击强度提高1倍,同时拉伸强度也有很大提高。

Abstract:Several ways were used to perform the surface treatment of nano-SiO_2 particles, and then, such treated nano-SiO_2 was melt blended with polyprogylene. The dispersing mechanism of PP/nano-SiO_2 composite was examined. Results show that the appropriately treated nano-SiO_2 can be dispersed in the PP in nano-size,and the nano-SiO_2 improves the mechnical properties and heterogeneous nucleation of PP greatly. Adding 2% nano-SiO_2 particles into PP can increase its impact strength by one times, and its tensile strength is also upgraded largely.
