| 摘 要： | 建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定噻虫嗪的定量分析方法.采用C18 HPLC色谱柱,以乙腈/水（20/80）为流动相,选择250nm为检测波长进行检测.结果表明本方法的标准偏差为0.0012,变异系数为0.41%,相关系数R2为0.99%,平均回收率为99.85%.

| Abstract: | Quantitative analysis of thiamethoxam was conducted using a C18 HPLC colum, acetonitrile/water(20/80)as the mobile phase, and determination at 250 nm. Standard deviation was 0.0012. Coefficient of variation was 0.41,linear regression coefficient was 0.9998, average recovery percetage was 99.85%. |
