Computer Aided Test and Information Processing for Combustion Chamber Volume in Cylinder Head

In this paper the computer aided test system for the combustion chamber volume in the cylinder head of a gasolihe engine, developed with the contactless sensor and computer technique,is presented.The automatic test principle by liquidfilling and the information processing method are also explored. The functions of all sub-systems are fully analysed. The test results can be displayed on the screen and printed out as well as analysed statistically in the system. This system can also transmit test information to CNC milling machine tool for on-line operating.
