关于大吨位吊车门式刚架钢结构厂房板件宽厚比控制的讨论

摘    要:通过分析规范中有关板件宽厚比的规定,提出应根据具体情况确定超过20t的大吨位吊车和轻型围护系统的单层钢结构厂房设计中的板件宽厚比。并通过设计实例的分析,总结出板件宽厚比的控制需要恰当应用,否则,会造成用刚量的大大增加,造成经济上的浪费。

Abstract:Through the analysis about the width-thickness ratio of the plate regulated by the design code ,the article indicates that the ratio in the single layer steel structure workshop with greater crane and light-weight enclosure system must be determind according to the factual condition. Based on the design example confirm that the width-thickness ration should be appropriately controlled otherwise the weight of steel used is greatly increased and the greatness waste is resulted in the economics.
