摘    要:震击解卡是解除井下管柱卡阻的常用手段,但应用于水平井时,因其井筒摩阻大,震击器上部钻杆柱储存的弹性形变能释放时被摩阻消耗,震击效果差,为此,进行了水平井液压机械一体式震击解卡技术研究。技术方案为:通过设计双级弹簧缸结构来增加弹簧加速器的弹力,多组弹簧加速器串联来增加工作行程,配合液压增力器形成了水平井液压机械一体式震击解卡管柱,能够克服弯曲井眼摩阻的影响,提高震击效果。室内试验表明水平井液压机械一体式震击解卡管柱的震击性能参数符合设计要求,并根据试验数据制定了现场施工技术参数。现场应用表明:液压机械一体式震击解卡技术解卡效果显著,并且大钩载荷能减少80%,降低了对修井设备的要求,提高了该技术的适用性。

Application of integral hydraulic-mechanical jarring technique in horizontal wells

Abstract:Jarring operations are often deployed to release stuck downhole pipe string. In horizontal wells with significant friction resistances, energy released through elastic deformation of pipe string above the jar may be easily consumed by such friction resistances. Consequently, performances of jarring operations are usually unsatisfactory in horizontal wells. In such circumstances, the integral hydraulic-mechanical jarring technique was developed for horizontal wells. The new system contains dual-stage spring cylinder to enhance resilience of the spring accelerator and deploys multiple spring accelerators in series connection to prolong the working travel. With hydraulic boosters, the integral hydraulic-mechanical jarring string for horizontal wells can be deployed to compensate effects of friction resistance in curved borehole to enhance performances. Laboratory tests show that the integral hydraulic-mechanical jarring string for horizontal wells can satisfy design requirements. In addition, suitable technical parameters for application were clarified in accordance with test data. Field applications show that the newly developed integral hydraulic-mechanical jarring technique has outstanding performances, with hook load reduced by 80%. With high applicability, the technique can effectively reduce requirements for workover devices.
