摘    要:针对现有柱塞气举控制系统功能单一,缺乏系统优化功能,仅依靠理论模型输入参数的缺点,设计了多模式优化下的柱塞气举排水采气控制系统。该系统以STM32 单片机为核心,通过实时采集油压、套压和柱塞到达井口的时间,经单片机优化处理后控制气动薄膜阀的开关。现场应用结果表明,该系统保证了气井制度调整的实时性,达到了良好的气井排液效果,提高了管理效率。

Design of control system for water drainage and gas production with plunger lift under multi-mode optimization

Abstract:Existing control systems for plunger lift are characterized by single function with missing of systematic optimization capacities. In addition, these systems require inputting parameters depending only on theoretical models. Accordingly, innovative control systems for water drainage and gas production with plunger lift have been designed under multi-mode optimization. With STM32 single chip computer as the core, the newly-developed system is capable of capturing tubing pressure, casing pressure and travelling time of the plunger to wellhead in real time. Upon processing and optimization by the single chip computer, the system may effectively control pneumatic diaphragm valve. On-site application results show the innovative system can adjust production systems of gas producers in real time to achieve desirable fluid drainage performance and to enhance working efficiency significantly.
