土压平衡盾构刀盘开口率选型及其对地层适应性研究

摘    要:刀盘开口率是土压平衡盾构选型时要确定的重要指标。分析了刀盘开口率对出土率的影响,提出了定量分析刀盘开口率对地层适应性的计算方法,该方法能很好地解释土压平衡盾构在砂性土中模拟掘进时出土率异常的现象。根据该计算理论,盾构推进时某种开口率的刀盘所能达到的最大出土率是一定的。因此,盾构的刀盘开口率不能小于能够保证盾构正常推进达到100%出土率时的开口率,否则将会产生出土困难,造成总推力和刀盘扭矩急剧上升;刀盘开口率也不宜过大,否则,盾构推进时,容易产生开挖面地层损失。应用本文的计算理论,对上海典型土层中土压平衡盾构刀盘选型提出了建议值。

Abstract:The head aperture ratio of EPB shield cutterheads is an important index when the type of shield is determined. The influence of head aperture ratio on mucking rate is analyzed,and a method is presented to calculate the adaptability of head aperture ratio to stratum characteristics. This method could explain the abnormal phenomena of mucking rate in sand strata for a model EPB shield driving on a test platform.
