基于单片机的步进电机控制系统设计与研究

摘    要:从工作特性的角度对步进电动机进行了简要分析,并在以单片机为控制核心的基础上针对步进电动机的数字控制提供了一种切实可行的方案。该控制方案充分利用集成电路相对于传统控制电路的优势,在同等控制功能的情况下简化控制电路。该系统操作方便,具有可视化和即时性特点,可实现对步进电动机位置的精确控制,并能对步进电动机进行在线操作。

Abstract:The work characteristics of stepper motors briefly are analyzed,and provide a practical solution for the digital control of stepper motors based on single-chip microcomputer.This control system takes full advantage of integrated circuit(IC) relative to traditional control circuit,and simplifies the control circuit while receive the same control function.The system is easy to operate.The position of stepper motor can be controlled accurately based with the visualization and real-time features.At the same time,the users can operate the stepper motors online.
