摘    要:介绍了室式分离机的转鼓结构及工作过程.为提高这种机器的分离效率,重点对室式分离机的转鼓结构做了改进.通过对室式分离机改进型转鼓中悬浮液的流动速度进行分析,为实现不停机自动排渣提供理论基础.

Abstract:The barrate structure and operate process of a chamber centrifugal separator were introduced in this paper. The barrate structure was improved for enhancing the separation efficiency of this kind of machine. The flow rate of the suspension in the improved barrate of a chamber centrifugal separator was analyzed, which provided a theory basis for ceaseless automatic discharging of solid particles.
