595nm脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病临床分析

摘    要:目的 :观察 5 95nm可变脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病的临床疗效。方法 :皮肤血管性疾病患者 14 5例 ,其中鲜红斑痣 4 2例 ,草莓状血管瘤 10例 ,海绵状血管瘤 2例 ,面部毛细血管扩张 4 5例 ,血管痣 15例 ,蜘蛛痣 9例 ,酒糟鼻 15例 ,疤痕增生 7例。应用 5 95nm可变脉冲染料激光 ,针对不同病变类型 ,采用不同治疗参数进行激光辐射治疗。结果 :经过 1- 10次治疗 ,不同血管性疾病的有效率分别为 :草莓状血管瘤、面部毛细血管扩张、血管痣、蜘蛛痣、酒糟鼻 10 0 % ,鲜红斑痣 97% ,疤痕增生 85 % ,海绵状血管瘤 5 0 %。所有病例在治疗后均未遗留瘢痕。结论 :应用 5 95nm可变脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病 ,具有无痛苦、不损伤表皮 ,不留疤痕 ,疗效显著等优点 ,是目前治疗皮肤血管性疾病较安全、有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinic therapeutic effects of vascular diseases of skin by 595nm variable pulsed dye laser. Methods:145 patients of skin vascular diseases were treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser with different therapeutic parameters according to different disease types, including 42 cases of nevus flammeus, 10 cases of strawberry nevus, 2 cases of cavernous hemangioma, 45cases of facial telangiectasis, 15 cases of angioma, 9 cases of spider angioma, 15 cases of rosacea and 7 cases of keloid. Results:After laser therapy for 1-10 times, the effective rate was as follows: strawberyy nevus, facial telangiectusis, angioma, spider angioma and rosacea 100%, nevus flammeus 97%, keloid 85%, and cavernous hemangioma 50% respectively. No scar formation was observed in any patients treated.Conclusion:The using of 595nm variable pulsed laser in the treatment of vascular diseases is a securing and effective method with good cured results, no scar and less pains.
