摘 要: | 对CMM25-4G型四臂锚杆钻车钻头基座导向板发生严重磨损而导致过早失效的问题进行了失效分析。通过工况分析、金相检测和磨损形貌的SEM观察后认为,导向板磨损面受力不均匀和现役导向板材料耐磨性能差是致使导向板磨损失效的主要原因。结合失效件成分、组织以及磨损形貌特征,确定了具有基体上沿晶界分布粒状较软相组织结构的材料在磨粒磨损过程中的损伤机理,并提出改善导向板耐磨损性能的几点建议。

Failure Analysis of CMM25-4G Four-arm Anchor Jumbo Bit Base Guide Plate |

Abstract: | In this work,the failure analysis of premature failure caused by sever wear of CMM25-4G four-arm anchor jumbo bit base guide plate has been investigated.The main reason of guide plate wear failure is uneven application of strain on guide plate wear surface and poor wear resistance of applied guide plate.Damage mechanism of materials with microstructure of soft phase distributed along grain boundaries in the matrix during the abrasive wear process is determined based on composition of failure parts,microstructures and wear morphology features.Some suggestions for improving the wear resistance of guide plate are also made. |
