摘    要:聚乳酸(PLA)/植物纤维复合材料的研究成为近十年来的研究热点。其制备和成型加工方法对复合材料最终的性能影响极大,加工方法通过影响纤维分散性、长度、取向、加工中的热降解等方式影响复合材料最终性能。选择适当的制备和加工方法显得极为重要,然而,关于PLA/植物纤维复合材料制备和加工方法的系统性介绍、分析未见报道。从热压、熔融挤出、混炼、溶液共混、静电纺丝等制备、加工方法着手,举例并分析各种方法的优缺点,在PLA/植物纤维复合材料成型加工方案确定中具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。

Abstract:The research about polylactic acid (PLA)/plant fiber composites material has attracted more and more attention in recent years. Preparation and processing of PLA/plant fiber composites have great influence on the final properties of composites by controlling dispersion, length and orientation of fiber, thermal degradation of composite. It is important to choose and determine the method of preparation and processing, but systematic introduction and analysis of preparation and processing of PLA/plant fiber composite has not been published. In this paper, hot press, melt extrusion, mixing milling, solution blending, electrostatic spinning and another method have been introduced, the pros and cons of each method have been analyzed, which has practical significance and re-ference value for determining plans of PLA/plant fiber composite preparation and processing.
