自密实混凝土剪切变稠和剪切变稀行为研究进展

摘    要:以工作性能著称的自密实混凝土在生产和施工过程中表现出剪切变稠和剪切变稀现象。鉴于剪切变稠和剪切变稀行为对自密实混凝土施工过程和施工质量的显著影响,总结了自密实混凝土剪切变稠和剪切变稀行为的研究历程,阐述了自密实混凝土剪切变稠和剪切变稀的产生机制,比较了自密实混凝土剪切变稠和剪切变稀的表征方法,分析了自密实混凝土剪切变稠和剪切变稀行为的影响因素,探讨了自密实混凝土剪切变稠和剪切变稀行为的研究前景。

Abstract:In the process of production and construction, the self-compacting concrete (SCC), known for its workability performance, exhibits a shear thickening and shear thinning phenomenon. In view of the significant influence of shear thickening and shear thinning behavior on the construction process and construction quality of SCC, the research development of shear thickening and shear thinning behavior of SCC is summarized. The mechanism of shear thickening and shear thinning of SCC is described. The characterization methods for shear thickening and shear thinning of SCC are compared. The influence factors of shear thickening and shear thinning behavior of SCC are analyzed. The research prospects of shear thickening and shear thinning behavior of SCC are discussed.
