磨加工对铁氧体磁心电感的影响

摘    要:软磁铁氧体磁心电感的性能除受原材料配方或烧结工艺等的影响外,磨加工的表面粗糙度、平整度是影响软磁铁氧体产品电感和直流叠加(DC-Bias)性能最重要的因素。讨论了磨加工砂轮倾角、产品或砂轮的振动、砂轮磨粒粗细、磨削量、进给速度和不同研磨方式等对磁心平面电感和直流叠加性能的影响。

Abstract:Raw material composition and sintering process are generally known to be the two major factors affecting the inductance performance of soft ferrite cores. Besides, the roughness and smoothness of the grinding surface also affects the inductance of the ferrite core and DC-Bias properties. In this paper the effects of grinding on the inductance and DC-bias inductance of the ferrite cores are discussed.
