结式微波铁氧体开关失效分析及可靠性提高措施

摘    要:为了提高结式微波铁氧体开关的可靠性,对其失效模式(应力失效和热失效)进行了分析。采用应力-固有强度干涉模型进行机械应力失效分析,为机械结构CAD设计提供依据;以电磁仿真软件与热设计软件联动的方式进行热失效分析,为热量源、热分布的优化提供依据。依据分析结果,通过选择合理的材料参数、优化仿真模型、进行严格的工艺控制等手段的结合,可有效降低铁氧体开关的失效概率,提高可靠性。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of the junction type microwave ferrite switch,the failure mode including stress and thermal failure were analyzed.The force-inherent strength interference model was used to analyze the mechanical stress failure to provide basis for mechanical structure CAD design;both electromagnetic simulation software and thermal design software was used to analyze the thermal failure to provide basis for optimization of the heat source and heat distribution.Based on the analysis results,the failure probability of the ferrite switch can be reduced and resultantly the reliability improved by selecting reasonable material parameters,optimizing the simulation model,and combining the method of strict process control.
