摘    要:采用高能球磨法制备片状羰基铁,利用正交实验综合研究了球磨时间、原始粉粒径及羰基铁在基体中填充率对吸收峰频率的影响,并对吸收峰频率最低的实验组合研究了吸波剂厚度对吸收强度的影响,优化得到了吸收强度最大的吸波剂厚度,并最终得到具有最佳低频吸收性能的羰基铁-石蜡吸波材料及各项调控参数。结果表明:在设计参数范围内,各因素对吸收峰频率影响程度由大至小依次为:填充率、球磨时间及原始粒径;最佳低频吸波性能工艺参数确定为:球磨10 h、初始粒径6μm及45%填充率,当基体厚度为2.5 mm时,其反射率在2.3 GHz处达到最低值,为-43 dB。

Abstract:In this paper, flake carbonyl iron was prepared using high-energy ball milling method, and the effects of milling time, particle size and filling rate of carbonyl iron on the peak point frequency researched by orthogonal experiment. What's more, using the experimental combination that has lowest peak point frequency we studied the absorption intensity under different thickness to determine the match thickness and in the end got carbonyl iron-paraffin which has the best wave absorption performance in low-frequency and the control parameters. The results show that within the scope of the design parameters, the factors influencing the peak point frequency are in the follow descending order, filling rate, milling time and particle size; the optimum technology parameters of the best wave absorbing properties in low-frequency are as follows: 10 h ball milling, 6μm particle size and 45% filling rate. For the sample with thickness of 2.5 mm, the reflection is-43 dB at frequency of 2.3 GHz.
