摘    要:基于磁阻式电磁炮的基本结构和原理,对直线推进电机进行设计和优化。利用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立模型,通过动子初始位置、控制电路、动子材料、定子铁芯形状结构的优化,得出不同参数下的速度优化效果。初步探究了不同参数之间的关系对优化效果的影响。结果表明初始位置优化、外电路控制优化及结构优化方法均有良好的优化效果。其中外电路控制优化效果最佳,对电磁炮的效率有显著提升,并且控制方法新颖独特。最后给出了经过优化后的电机本体设计与外电路设计,方便后续实物制造验证研究。根据仿真结果,本设计加速效果良好,可以达到弓弩的储能密度。

Abstract:Based on the basic structure and principles of reluctance type guns to perform linear propulsion motor design and optimization. Using Ansoft Maxwell software model, the initial mover position, control circuit, the mover materials, and the structure of the stator core shape were optimized, and resultantly the speed optimization obtained under different parameter. The influence of relationship between different parameters on the optimizing effect was explored. The results show that, the initial position, external control circuit and structure have better optimization results. Wherein the external circuit control optimization is the best because the efficiency of the guns has a revolutionary improvement and its control method is unique. Finally optimization design of both motor body and external circuit were given for physical manufacturing validation studies. The simulation results show that this design can achieve good acceleration with energy density of a crossbow.
