| 摘 要： | 说明了应用软测量技术的基本步骤，以及为了使所开发的软测量模块长期可靠地运行，在从模型构造到具体实施再到后期维护的全过程中需要注意的一些问题，包括模型类型的选择、历史数据的稳态判别、历史数据的质量、模型固有误差的识别、模型性能评价的正确方法以及现场测量单元对软测量模型的影响。提出了解决这些问题的建议。

| Abstract: | The basic procedures in soft-measuring technology application are described. In order to guarantee a long period and reliable operation of the developed soft-measuring model, the problems in total process of model construction, software running, and later stage maintenance are discussed, including that: model selection, steady-state judgment and quality of history data, intrinsic error identification, correct evaluation of the model performance, and the influence of field measuring unit on soft-measuring model. Coun-termeasures to solve the problems are proposed. |
