| 摘 要： | 针对化工过程中常见的间歇式反应釜的工作过程，介绍其基于MCGS组态软件的计算机控制系统的设计方法。阐述设备间硬件线路的连接、计算机与仪表的通信方式，以及应用MCGS进行工程软件的开发。实现计算机控制后，减少了复杂的人工过程，提高了工作效率。
