单片计算机在玉米茎秆强度测定中应用

摘    要:介绍了玉米茎秆强度测定在玉米遗传育种中的重要性,提出了玉米茎秆强度测定仪的设计原理。在调研了国内外有关玉米茎秆强度测定仪的技术基础上,利用单片计算机的技术研制了一种新型的便携式且能在田间测试的仪器。通过使用该仪器在田间实地试验、对11个玉米品种的茎秆强度的测试,其结果表明不同品种间茎秆的强度存在着显著差异,而同一品种的不同小区则无显著性差异。

Abstract:This paper introduces the fundamentality of maize stalk strength determining in maize inherit breeding,it put forwards the design principle of maize stalk strength determining.At the base on investigating domestic and overseas instruments for maize stalk strength determining,we utilize the technology of single chip computer to develop a new portable instrument for determining in the field,Through the experiments using this instrument for determining the eleven breed maize stalk strength in the field,it is indicated that it exists prominence difference in the differ breed,but it is no prominence difference in same breed and differ section.
