云重心理论在防空C3I系统效能评估中的应用

摘    要:云重心评估模型包括:确定指标体系、求各指标云模型、用维综合云表示具其性能指标系统状态、用加权偏离度衡量云重心改变、用云模型实现评语集及其评价结果.应用云重心构建防空C3I系统评估模型步骤为确定评判对象指标集、确定指标权重、列出指标的状态值、确定云的重心向量及确定加权偏离度.其算例验证了该模型的可行性.

Abstract:Cloud focus model include: identifying the indicators system, calculating all indicators cloud models, using dimension synthesis cloud to express the performance index system situation, adopting the weight deviation degree to measure the change of cloud focus model and using cloud model to realize the evaluation set and evaluation result. Constructing C3I system evaluation model based on cloud focus includes ensuring the evaluation object index set, ensuring the index weight, listing the state value of index, ensuring the cloud focus vector, and ensuring the weight deviation degree. The simulation shows the feasibility of the model.
