| 摘 要： | 文中针对实际基于PC应用的H．323系统，给出并实现了基于拥塞控制的QoS保障方案。在实际的H．323系统中进行的实验分析结果表明，我们制定的QoS控制策略能够实时地对视频参数进行动态调整。
