| 摘 要： | 中国实现水泥散装化，不仅事关中国而且事关全球的资源、环保及相关劳动者的身心健康等问题，加快发展中国的散装水泥，意义重大，刻不容缓。建议散装水泥的近期目标是20l0年散装率达到40％，中期目标为2020～2025年达到70％，远期目标为2025～2035年达到90%。

| Abstract: | Developing bulk cement is favorable to resource utilization, environment protection and healthy to related labors in China and all over the word. Promoting bulk cement is of vital importance and cannot be prolonged. In near future, our target for bulk cement rate is to reach 40% in 2010. In mid-future, our target is to reach 70% in 2020-2025 and in far future, our target is to reach 90% in 2025-2035. |
