摘    要:在Thermecomastor-Z实验机上对高铌钢奥氏体控轧过程中的变形抗力进行了研究.就试验中变形温度、变形速度、变形量对变形抗力的影响规律进行分析.并对其数学模型进行回归,模型有良好的曲线拟合特性.试验结果为制定合理可行的高铌钢奥氏体区控轧生产工艺提供基础数据.

Abstract:An experiment is conducted for the hot metal deformation resistance of high niobium steel by using the Thermecmastor-Z testing machine.The effect of deformation temperature,strain rate and strain on the deformation resistance are then analyzed.The mathematical model is also regressed.It is shown through the results that the model has a feature of favorable curve fitting.The results of the experiment are intended to provide basic data for a feasible operation on the area of austenite control rolling of high niobium steel.
