羊毛拉伸机控制系统的研究

摘    要:文章结合羊毛拉伸机的组成和工艺要求,主要介绍了天津工业大学研制的羊毛拉伸机控制系统的组成和控制原理.控制系统主要包括可编程控制器、变频器、编码器等.为保证毛条拉伸机的预处理(拉伸)、定形、烘干以及假捻4个单元协调运行,采用了可编程控制器、变频器、交流电动机以及编码器等构成同步控制系统,实现系统的协调运行.

Abstract:Combined with the composition and technological requirements of wool drawing machine,this paper mainly introduced the composition and control mechanisms of the control system on wool drawing machine developed by Tianjin Polytechnic University.The control system mainly includes programmable controller,transducer,encoder,etc..To guarantee harmonious operation of 4 units: wool drawing machine's pre-treatment(drawing),sizing,drying and false twisting.Synchronous control system comprised of programmable controller,transducer,ac motor and encoder was adopted.
