数值仿真在金属热加工相变中的应用

摘    要:热处理能够改善材料的组织及性能分布,数值仿真能较好地指导和优化热处理工艺。构建了热加工相变的计算模型,阐述了热处理过程中温度、相变和应变间的关系和计算所需考虑因素。讨论了热处理计算过程中考虑了相变过程中的热传导方程、弹塑性本构方程、有扩散和无扩散的相体积分数方程及扩散模型。结合Deform软件,介绍了热处理中尺寸变形、淬火相变和晶粒长大演变在数值仿真方面的应用。

Abstract:Heat treatment could improve the distribution of material microstructures and mechanical properties,while numerical simulation can be used to guide and optimize the heat working process. The model was built to calculate heat treatment transformation,where relationship among temperature,phase transformation and deformation were expounded,while factors were considered for calculation. The formula of computation was discussed in heat treatment process,such as heat transfer considering phase transformation,elastic-plastic strain equation, volume fraction equation with diffusion or equation transformation and diffusion model. Combined with DEFORM software, the application in numerical simulation was introduced including heat treatment deformation,phase transformation and grain size evolution.
