一种新型超声振动输送装置的研究

摘    要:利用压电驱动原理,针对小块体物料的精密输送,设计了一种新型超声振动物料输送装置,并制作了原理样机。对装置输送性能进行了实验研究,结果表明:输送装置对表面光滑、质量大的物料输送效果好。当物料质量为72g,超声物料输送装置的输送速率可达60.45mm/s,装置的输送速率可通过改变工作电压或频率在一定范围内进行调整,以满足实际输送需求。

Abstract:Based on the principle of piezoelectric drive,a prototype machine of ultrasonic feeding device was developed. Its feeding capability was studied experimentally.The experimental results show that the surface is smooth and high quality material conveying effect is good.When the material quality is 72 g,its feeding velocity reaches 60.45 mm/s and can be adjusted by regulating the frequency or voltage of the feeding device, the actual feeding requirement is met.
