| Abstract: | The application of HACCP quality management system in exported seasoning plum production processing was discussed,the potential hazard to the processing process was analyzed and the critical control points,control measures and corrective measures were determined,so as to improve the export seasoning plum product quality and ensure product quality and safety. |
