摘    要:以有限元分析为基础,论述了有限元在机械制造工艺编制的关键工序中关于强度、刚度及动态性能校核的应用。并以工艺编制中典型的齿轮轴为例进行有限元分析,辅助机械工艺编制与改进。为有限元分析在机械制造工艺编制的应用上提供了一个基本的思路和方法。

Abstract:Based on the finite element analysis,this paper discusses the application of the finite element formulation on the mechanical manufacturing process including the key working procedure of the strength, stiffness and dynamic performance.Finite element analysis of a typical gear shaft machining process is carried out to realize mechanical machining process improvement and provide a basic method of finite element analysis in mechanical manufacturing process.
