摘    要:本文建立了一种使用岛津超高效液相色谱仪LC-30A快速测定粮食中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的方法。玉米样品经磨碎后用水匀浆提取,提取液经过免疫亲和柱净化,超高效液相色谱LC-30A紫外检测器检测。试验结果表明:线性范围0.05~10.00μg/mL,相关系数大于0.999 9;标准样品的仪器检出限为0.016μg/mL,仪器定量限为0.05μg/mL;3个浓度标样的保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别在0.041%~0.043%和0.11%~1.57%之间;玉米样品3个浓度加标回收率在81.2%~90.0%之间。该方法简便快速,且易操作。

Abstract:A method was established for determining deoxynivalenol in grain by high performance liquid chromatography.After extracting the crushed sample with water,the extract was purified by multifunctional clean-up column.Deoxynivalenol was then determined by HPLC with ultraviolet detector.Results show that the linear detection ranges of deoxynivalenol are0.05~10.00μg/mL with correlation coefficients of 0.999 9.The detection limit is 0.016μg/mL and the limit of quantification is 0.05μg/mL.The relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area under three concentrations are between 0.041%to 0.043%and 0.11%to 1.57%.Recovery rates in corn spiked with deoxynivalenol are between 81.2%to 90.0%.The method is simple,rapid and easy to operate.
