摘    要:设计了汽车变速箱总成下线检测试验台。由机械传动系统、液压传动系统和电气控制系统协调工作,有效完成手动汽车变速箱组装完成后的加载检测及各项测试。其中的电气控制系统主要完成在正向拖动、反向拖动时控制输入端电机、输出端电机的交替启动。变频控制器控制输入端电机的转速调节,伺服控制系统调控输出端电机转速及扭矩。该试验台实现了模拟汽车的实际工作状况。

Abstract:Automobile gearbox assembly offline test bench,which is composed of mechanical drive system,hydraulic system and electrical control system coordination,is developed to complete load testing and test after assembly manual gearbox car.Electrical control system controls input motor and the output motor alternately start in positive pull and reverse pull.The transducer controls the rotate speed adjustment of the input motor,the servo system controls the rotate speed and torque of the output motor,the detection characteristics of the working condition of the analogue automobile is achieved.
